Sat. May 9, 2009 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sat. Sept. 26, 2009 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sun May 10, 2009 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sun. Sept 27, 2009 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sat. Nov. 7, 2009 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
APPLICATION:
All exhibitors requesting space during the event are required to complete and return an Exhibitor Application form and payment. Upon approval of your application, a space will be assigned.
EXHIBIT SPACE RATES:
Booth size 10’ X 10’ $25.00 inside
Booths with power $40.00
Food vendor booths are permitted outside only (no inside booths)
Outside booths $25.00 size to be determined by office
RV & Trailer vendors set up outside only (no inside booths available)
No security is provided for storing merchandise after hours (store at your own risk
No dangerous items will be allowed in side due to the dirt arena is also used for livestock events.
CAMPING FEES – MUST BE RESERVED & PAID WITH APPLICATION FEES
RV camping with power $15.00 a night (2 by barn and 2 by sand pile)
Dry RV camping $10.00
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refunds will be issued after April 27, 2009 for the May event, September 14, 2009 for the September event and October 26, 2009 for the October event. Exhibitors wishing to cancel a space prior to this date must submit a written request for refund. All refunds are subject to approval by Spring Creek Association.
SALES TAX:
All exhibitors are responsible for paying Nevada State Sales Tax, if applicable. For your convenience a form will be presented to each exhibitor. Each exhibitor must make payments directly to the Nevada Department of Taxation. A list of all exhibitors will be submitted to the Nevada Department of Taxation as per their request. Elko County sales tax is 6.85%.
HOLD HARMLESS:
The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Spring Creek Association, Horse Palace Events Center, the Spring Creek Flea Market, their officers, agents and employees from any and all claims, causes of action and suits occurring or resulting from any damage, injury, or loss to any person or persons including, but not limited to, persons to whom the exhibitor may be liable under any Worker’s Compensation Law and the exhibitor himself and from any loss, damage, cause of action, claims or suits for damages, including, but not limited to , loss of property, goods, wares, or merchandise, caused by, arising out of, or in any way connected with the exercise by the exhibitor of the privileges granted herein.
In the event the exhibitor fails to comply in any respect with the terms of this agreement, all payments for the exhibit space shall be deemed earned and non-refundable by the Committee and the committee shall have the right to occupy the space in any manner in the best interest of Spring Creek Association without further notice to the exhibitor.
The Spring Creek Association will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against theft, fire, robbery, accident, or any other destructive cause, or for any injury that may arise to the public in the leased area, or to the exhibitors or their employees.
EXHIBIT REMOVAL:
During dismantling, exhibitor will be expected to remove all trash and debris from their exhibit area and place it in trash containers. Any articles or materials not removed from the grounds by 7:00 p.m. the last day of the event will become the sole property of the Spring Creek Association. The Spring Creek Association reserves the right to dispose of such property in any manner it may deem in the best interests of the show.
