Stall rental includes feed (Alfalfa Cubes), water and cleaning of stall.
All rentals will be due on the 1st of each month. Payment due shall be pro-rated on days of occupancy, for termination of the monthly lease prior to the end of month. A Stall Agreement must be completed and including all arrangements i.e., feed, care, etc.
Daily Overnight:$10.00 per night (no feed) $15.00 per night (with feed)
Lights:$20.00 per hour
Generator$20.80 additional lighting for large events
Heaters:$60.00 per hour
P.A. System:$10.00 per event
Tractor-work & help$35.00 per hour
RV Hook-ups $15.00 per day
Any additional use of the area past the normal six-teen (16) hour period, will be assessed at a rate of $35.00 per hour. The arena rental charge is based on the regular hours the facility is open, from 6:00 am to 9:45 p.m. The charge is not based on a twenty four (24) hour period. During times when two separate events take place, the charge will apply to each individual event.
