RESERVATIONS
The Horse Palace can be reserved for special events or appropriate group activities. A Resevation Day is the period starting at 7AM and ending at 9PM of the same day. All reservations required the event organizer to provide a $1,000,000.00 liability insurance policy naming the Association as an additional insured. In addition, organizers and all event participants are required to sign a waiver. Fees are required to be paid prior to the schedule date of the reservation, and are listed as follows:
All reservations must provide the actual times the facility will be used and whether open riding will be allowed when not in use or designate areas during use if appropriate.

NOTE: Any additional use of the area beyond 9PM on the date schedule will be assessed at the rate of $40.00 per hour.

Reservations must be made through the Spring Creek Association Office, 775-753-6295. Any time not reserved will be open for authorized card holder’s use.
Reservation fees include the normal grooming of the arena prior to the event, use of the arena and ancillary areas, bleachers and restrooms. If an event is scheduled past time that staff is on duty, event organizers will be required to make appropriate arrangements for assistance by SCA security. At the time the facility is secured by Staff or Security, responsible parties will make sure that everyone has vacated the building, all doors are locked, indoor and outdoor lights turned out, and any other items used (generators, heaters, etc.) are propertly shut down and stored. Failture to do so may result in additional charges.
The SCA Horse Palace has a strict policy against any glass bottles being brought onto the grounds or into the Arena area. If SCA staff retrieves any glass bottles during the course of after-event cleanup, the organizer's cleaning deposit will not be refunded!

$235.00 $265.00** Fees include: feed, water and cleaning of stall. Due date is the 1st of the month. Payment is prorated based on days of occupancy. Stall agreements require a signature. Pasture lease is available contact the SCA office for more information.
*Daily rental fees for the corral will be at the discretion of the President.
Stall and Corral rentals do not include use of the arenas. Stall rentals do include use of the walker (located in front of the stalls). Horses must not be left unattended while on the walker. Make sure that the walker is turned off when you are through with it.
