Amenity Policies
1.
The Board of Directors shall set fees for use of the Amenities. The President will recommend
fee changes to the Board from time to time.
2.
All homeowners must have a current account with the Association to use amenities. Any
delinquent accounts must be brought current before use of amenities will be allowed.
3.
An account status list will be provided to security and staff at the horse palace and golf course
once a month.
4.
Staff and security will check for valid cards and account status for everyone using Association
amenities.
5.
The President has the discretion to waive fees for an event if circumstances warrant it. This
should be an exception and exercised only in cases where the event is a charitable, youth or
other group and the event is a major benefit to the community or where the fees would
provide a hardship.
6.
The President and staff will book events and schedule Amenity use.
7.
Annual fees will not be refundable or prorated for a partial year.
